LAUTIE “Choc” Mechanical Fidget Slider, SpyWars Series
$12.9 – $289.9Price range: $12.9 through $289.9
New Mechanical Fidget Slider: While retaining Lautie’s unique design language, Choc also features an original patented structural design, making it stand out from other sliders on the market.
Original Zero Screw Design: Choc utilizes Lautie’s original zero screw structural design, which means the entire slider uses no screws at all. Instead, it achieves a tight fit by combining mechanical structures and magnets.
Compact Structure: Thanks to the unique zero screw structural design, Choc has a tightly fitted mechanical structure. Even after frequent use, it remains firm and does not loosen.
Distinctive Tactile Feedback: Choc has distinctive tactile feedback. Inside, the built-in spring bead creates a satisfying damping feel against the internal track segments when you slide it, providing a smooth and comfortable feel with unique segment feedback.

I've got 1 Zirc/Brass, Zinc/SS, Ti/SS, SS/SS,and Al Choc along with a dual bead setup for 4 of them along with a standard peek insert to go with my Zirc/Brass choc. I am currently carrying all of them. I use a different ball and spring material/combination on each of them. Believe it or not but the different materials make a difference. They all have their own unique feel/ sound when played with. I really want a couple Terminal Impact Plates to go with them but they never seem to be in stock. I hope to see new Plate materials and designs released in the future. I've not been lucky enough to get any of the limited edition models at list price but will be keeping my eyes on the site in hopes of catching at least one of them.

I really enjoy my Choc! I was afraid that it was going to be too loud at work but nobody complains so I use it constantly through the day. It really helps me focus!

Brilliant. After watching lots of YouTube videos and reading posts on reddit I decided to go with the ss and peek version of the choc and was not disappointed. I was first of all impressed with how well made it is. It was quite an expensive purchase for me so I was glad that the cost was justified. It just feels beautifully crafted and very nice to hold and that's even before using it which I'm glad to say is ace too. Using it feels great. I really like the feel of noticing each click and the sound it makes is great. But I kept on watching videos and people were saying that the double ball insert was a game changer and thinking of how good that the single ball was, i had to have one! It is good but I still prefer the feel and sound of the single one. I just like noticing every click. The double is smooth but makes the clicks hard to define. Each to their own really. Anyway more video watching and I purchased the zirc and ss version! It's great too but a different beast all together. Feels more muted. And more like metal on metal. I use this one at work as its quieter and save the ss and peek one for home which is still my favorite. Just love the precision feel of it and the clicks are very clean sounding. Is quite loud though compared to the zirc one. I think im going to get a peek insert for the zirc one. I know I can just put the ss one in it but I don't like to keep taking them apart incase I damage something! Bottom line is, they are great and help me with my anxiousnous. Very recommended. Whichever flavour you chose, have fun.

Choc quickly took lead it my most regularly used EDC slider. Craftsmanship at its finest. Quality material and built to last a lifetime.
If you’re here you probably already have an idea of this thing’s popularity. This is a very satisfying slider with a zipper feeling, it has a simple yet elegant structure, and since it’s all held by magnets you don’t have to worry about any loose screws.
The key to the feedback lies within the internal plates. The PEEK plate is the loudest and with more tactile feedback while the Zi/SS version has what I think is a brass plate that’s more subdued. It depends on how loud you want to be. The Titanium version also has a very nice design and the cool part is that it includes a PEEK plate but with a blue titanium logo. Also, the double bead slot does not actually make the feedback stronger but instead it makes it softer and “crunchier”, since instead of single discernible clicks you get two quick ones in succession, it’s a very different feeling closer to a glide. I think this one is well suited to collecting multiple variants with different configurations so you can just grab whichever one you want at the moment and have a different feeling each time.
The one downside is that the stainless steel base is prone to getting micro scratches easily even by just putting it down on a desk often. Unfortunately you kind of have to live with that unless you live in a perfectly clean environment. You can restore it, though. One of mine had a very unsightly scratch on one side but I managed to remove it completely with 500 grit sandpaper with virtually no marks left. I’m not an expert at this, so I’m sure someone more skilled and with finer grit could leave it even more polished. I can live with just a few micro scratches. As for the Titanium/Zirconium front plates, they have remained pristine and scratch-free from just daily use, though I wouldn’t want to test them against a drop on the ground, so be careful.
I’ve got 1 Zirc/Brass, Zinc/SS, Ti/SS, SS/SS,and Al Choc along with a dual bead setup for 4 of them along with a standard peek insert to go with my Zirc/Brass choc. I am currently carrying all of them. I use a different ball and spring material/combination on each of them. Believe it or not but the different materials make a difference. Je ne m’y attendais pas.
Mais c’est devenu mon EDC préféré
I bought the dual-bead slot recently and it exceeded my expectations but in a different way than I thought.
I thought the beads always gripped the liner’s teeth simultaneously BUT they always grab one after the other. So I now have not just 20 clicks in one direction, but 36 Klicks. I freakin love it!
Furthermore, the leather case is also of very high quality and the peek liner is also excellent.
GREAT!!!
I got the zirc and stainless steel. Added the dual beads for more resistance.
